As regards to innovation in the field of human resources, in 2009, the “Vis ma vie” (“Live My Life” concept (a three day job exchange within the Group) was broadened during the test phase to “Erasmus” (replacement of an employee during his/her absence). Studio Canal and Activision Blizzard France have both put this into practice.

On top of increasing professional skills and motivating employees, these programs make it possible to develop associated skills such as foreign languages, integration, or a multicultural approach.
