81% of Vivendi employees participated in the group’s first global engagement survey, launched in early 2024.
To promote the advancement and promotion of women, Vivendi runs numerous programs: Andiamo (group program), Femmes Forward (Havas), Boost’Her (Canal+), She Plays (Gameloft)… In 2023, 58% of promoted employees were women.
4,225 young people were able to benefit from their first professional experience (apprenticeship or internship) within Vivendi in 2023.
In 2023, and as every year in partnership with the association ViensVoirMonTaf, the French entities of the group (Havas with Havas Kids, Canal+, Vivendi SE, Prisma Media, and Gameloft) welcomed over 100 ninth graders from priority education program schools for a company discovery internship.
Since 2019, a working group for disability inclusion with all Vivendi entities has regularly met to share best practices and define a common roadmap.
In 2023, a “Café Joyeux counter” was inaugurated at the headquarters of Groupe Canal+, the first company to host within its premises this inclusive enterprise that primarily employs people with disabilities.
